Flash Bikes was Narayan's first startup, started in Jaipur in 2018: rent a two-wheeler at one station, ride it anywhere, leave it at another, and pay only for the kilometres. It did not make it, but the lessons stayed, and the idea is now being planned for a relaunch in Dubai. What follows is the original work: the app prototype, the user flow and the deck.
